All Ingredients are sourced locally and the produce we use is free range & organic when ever possible. From Summer through the Autumn our small Walled garden supplies us with fresh vegetables and fruit.

We have an unfussy and slightly old fashioned approach to food at Trigony taking our inspiration from classic Scottish & English dishes as well as European peasant cooking and masters of the past like Elizabeth David and Jane Grigson.
