Our Pet Friendly Hotel, and Dog Friendly Hotel in Dumfries and Galloway Scotland
On arrival at Trigony you will find that we are a very relaxed pet friendly hotel which makes it all the better for bringing you're dog to relax alongside you. In your dog friendly welcome box you will find a ball and treats as well as a welcome note from Bess and a map of the hotel grounds and surrounding countryside giving all the best walks.
There is a path that takes you into beech and pine woods on the edge of The hotel grounds, it is an ideal place for your dog to explore. You may see some roe deer, buzzards, owls and even red squirrels (and don't worry about possible catches they are all far too fast!)
The main path around our pet friendly hotel, then leads you to the wood cutters cottage at the edge of the woods and also into a field with lovely views over the Kier & Lowther Hills.
The fields surrounding our dog friendly hotel are an organic dairy and are mainly used for Hay so they are free of cattle for most of the year and make great dog walking.
But once in your car there are many more dog friendly walks to explore within a short drive of the hotel.
